This is the tentative
meeting schedule for the 2011-2012 term of office. The dates, times, and
tentative
places for the meetings
are scheduled as seen below. Specific information and changes will be
announced in the
monthly notices that will be sent to all members via e-mail and regular mail.
Our meetings are
preceded by an optional social hour starting one hour before the meeting.
Note: As voted upon, Starting time for meetings will be 6:00 pm with Social hour at 5:00pm.

WPRO AM/FM, FM LITE
105, the Score AM 790, WHJJ-AM920, WWBB-FM 101.5, and WHJY-FM 94.1.
Members are advised to
view the storm cancellation announcements before coming to the meetings.
